Because all products in this store are instant-download digital files (PDFs), all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products due to their non-returnable nature.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted file, broken link, or you did not receive your file), contact us at mamabentley444@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it or provide a replacement file.
